Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Adoption:
Currently, 41 U.S. states and territories have adopted the NLC.
Of these, 36 have fully implemented its provisions.
Multistate RN License:
Registered nurses (RNs) residing in a Compact state can obtain a multistate license.
This license allows them to practice in other participating states without requiring additional licensure, provided they meet eligibility criteria.
A multistate RN license does not authorize NP practice in another state. NPs must either:
-Obtain licensure by endorsement to practice in another state.
-Acquire a single-state NP license for each state where they intend to work.
You can easily obtain one from Home | NURSECOMPACT
We will need this information to facilitate your state NP license.

3. Proof of Education: Submit official transcripts showing completion of a master’s or doctoral program in nursing from an accredited institution.
4. Submit Continuing Education: Provide proof of completed continuing education requirements, if applicable.
5. Copy of your resume or CV.
6. Copy of your Multi-State license that you obtained from Home | NURSECOMPACT
